For 2024, we will host our open training introductory period Feb 13 and Feb 16 from 20:00-22:00.

All levels are welcome, no prior experience is needed! All equipment will be arranged for you by the club.

Practices take place at: Radioweg 71, 1098 NG Amsterdam (Sportpark Middenmeer / near Science Park)

Welcome! 

We’re the Amsterdam Lions and we’re very excited to meet you. We are the one and only lacrosse club in Amsterdam. We practice every Tuesday and Friday from 20:00-22:00 at Sportpark Middenmeer. Often, we have beer and chicken together after practice on Fridays. We currently have four teams: 2 women’s teams, 1 men’s team and 1 youth team.

In September and February, Amsterdam Lacrosse organizes an introduction period for new members. Find out if lacrosse will be your new sport! During this period you will learn the basics of lacrosse, get to know your future teammates, and join the Lions during drinks and special activities after practices!

Have any questions? Contact us on: https://amsterdamlacrosse.nl/contact/ In case you want to join but cannot make it: don’t worry! You can also try lacrosse at a practice later during the introduction period or even later in the season.
